Maryland Equity and Inclusion
Leadership Program

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is sponsoring a special cohort of the Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program (MEILP) specifically for their partners that serve vulnerable populations at or below the 200% federal poverty level. The MEILP is managed and delivered by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at The University of Baltimore and the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. The 8-week program combines asynchronous and live online instruction. It is comprehensive, academically grounded, and job-relevant. Participants interact online and in peer groups. They complete a project focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Who should apply?
